Chord-sheet editor

Pick a chord, click a word to put it there. Drag a placed chord along the line with the mouse (or hold it a moment with a finger) and it snaps to the next word; or click it and use ← →. A dashed chord is proposed (one source), a split chord is disputed (click it to pick), a hollow slot has no data. Review notes live in the rail, not in the sheet. Everything is saved in this browser as you go. Started with studio.cmd, the private songs appear under Load → Private (this laptop) and Save locally writes your changes back for the agent to push to Drive and the Google Doc.

Private rehearsal packets Google Docs

In-copyright songs live only in the Drive folder; nothing here is public. In the local Studio they appear under Load → Private (this laptop), and the private index lists them with their Docs and a page preview. The Doc is the phone copy.

Format: ChordPro. A chord in square brackets sits on the syllable that follows it: Of [G]all the money [Em]that e'er I [C]had. Chords in the file are the sounding chords; set a capo and the sheet shows the shapes you finger, with the sounding chord in parentheses. States: [D] firm · [D?] proposed · [D|G] disputed (best first) · [_] no data. Directives: {title: …} {key: G} {capo: 2} {soc}…{eoc} for a chorus, {x_review: slug.review.json} names the review sidecar.

To get the Google Doc refreshed: Save locally (local Studio) or download the .cho and review.json, then tell the agent; it pushes the files to Drive and reruns scripts/song_to_doc.py (production or admin-review mode).
